Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. During DAPS handover, the terminal device can report a persistent uplink LBT failure message to a source base station so as to avoid the interruption of data transmission between the terminal device and the source base station due to the triggering of a re-establishment procedure, so that the data transmission during the DAPS handover can be guaranteed. The wireless communication method comprises: a terminal device receives a handover command sent by a source base station, the handover command being used for indicating the terminal device to use a DAPS handover mode for handover from a source cell to a target cell; the terminal device initiates a random access procedure to a target base station according to the handover command; and upon the triggering of a persistent uplink LBT failure, the terminal device sends first information to the source base station, the first information being used for indicating the triggering of the persistent uplink LBT failure in the process of initiating the random access procedure to the target base station.
