Wireless communication methods, terminal devices, and network devices. One method comprises: a terminal device sends first information to a network device, wherein the first information comprises a target carrier and/or a target bandwidth part (BWP) corresponding to each of a plurality of transmission links of the terminal device, the target carrier and/or the target bandwidth part (BWP) corresponding to each transmission link being used for determining a reference direct current carrier position corresponding to each transmission link.
