Abstract:
A device for wireless communication according to the present invention comprises: a transmission-side frequency selection input matching unit which matches an input impedance and filters an input signal according to a selected frequency; a high-output power transistor for amplifying the filtered signal; a power amplifier including an output matching circuit which matches the output impedance of the high-output power transistor and simultaneously matches the impedance of a connected transmission antenna so as to output the amplified signal to the transmission antenna; and the transmission antenna. In addition, the device for wireless communication according to the present invention comprises: a reception antenna; a reception-side frequency selection input matching unit which matches the input impedance of the reception antenna and filters an input signal according to a selected frequency; a low-noise transistor for amplifying the filtered signal; and an output matching circuit which matches the output impedance of the low-noise transistor and outputs a low-noise amplified signal to a next reception terminal circuit.
