Abstract:
Provided is a wireless communication system such that a transmission signal transmitted synchronously with a synchronization signal by a first wireless terminal station device is relayed to a second wireless terminal station device synchronously with the synchronization signal by a wireless relay station device, and the transmission signal is received synchronously with the synchronization signal by the second wireless terminal station, wherein: the first wireless terminal station device is provided with a first processing unit, which inserts first data synchronized to the synchronization signal into the first region of a transmission frame, and a first transmission unit, which transmits the first data inserted into the first region of the transmission frame as a transmission signal to the wireless relay station device; the wireless relay station device is provided with a second processing unit, which, with respect to the transmission signal received from the first wireless terminal station device, inserts second data that is asynchronous with the synchronization signal or third data that is synchronous with the synchronization signal into an open region of the first region in the transmission frame to which the first data has been inserted, and a second transmission unit, which transmits the first data and the second data or third data inserted into the first region of the transmission frame as transmission data to the second wireless terminal station device; and the second wireless terminal station device is provided with a reception unit, which receives the transmission signal transmitted from the wireless relay station device.
