Abstract:
Disclosed are a wireless earphone device and a method for controlling same. The wireless earphone device comprises two ear units, wherein at least one of the ear units may include a communication module, at least one sensor, a plurality of microphones, at least one processor, and a memory. The at least one processor may check a wearing state of the ear units on the basis of a first sensing signal of the at least one sensor and a second sensing signal received from the other ear unit through the communication module, detect a declination of the ear unit on the basis of a sensing signal for one ear unit selected from the ear units when the wearing state does not correspond to a reference state, and compensate a delay for a signal inputted to one of the plurality of microphones on the basis of the detected declination.
