Abstract:

Provided is a wireless module equipped with an antenna and a heat generating component, said wireless module making it possible to improve heat dissipating characteristics. A wireless module of the present invention is equipped with: a substrate; a ground pattern formed on the substrate; a heat generating component, which is mounted on the substrate, and is connected to the ground pattern; a pattern antenna, which is formed on the substrate, and is equipped with a grounding section connected to the ground pattern, and a power supply section supplied with power from the heat generating component; and a conductive ground plane, which is electrically connected to the ground pattern, and is disposed to face the pattern antenna.
