Abstract:
A wireless rechargeable solid-state battery module (101) according to the present invention is provided with: a solid-state battery (1); an internal structure (11) which is provided with an internal circuit that is electrically connected to the solid-state battery (1); a positive electrode terminal (E3) and a negative electrode terminal (E5), which are electrically connected to the solid-state battery (1) and respectively exposed from the outer surface, while being arranged at positions where the terminals are able to be mounted on an electronic circuit board (80); barrier layers (4, 14), a part or the entirety of each of which comprises a conductor, and which separate the solid-state battery (1) and the internal structure (11) from the outside air environment; and a power receiving terminal which is electrically connected to an external circuit comprising a power receiving coil that is coupled to an external electromagnetic field or magnetic field, while being electrically connected to the internal circuit, and which is provided on the outside of the barrier layers (4, 14). The power receiving coil converts the external electromagnetic field or magnetic field to electrical energy and supplies electric current to the internal circuit via the power receiving terminal; and the internal circuit comprises a charging circuit that charges the solid-state battery (1) and a discharging circuit that discharges to a load to which the positive electrode terminal (E3) and the negative electrode terminal (E5) are connected.
