Abstract:
A wireless transmission-enabled piezoelectric four-component dynamometer device. An upper dynamometer cover (1) is provided with multiple battery accommodating openings. A battery (7) and a circuit portion (12) are connected via a rear battery cover (5). A three-directional piezoelectric force sensor (9) is located between the upper dynamometer cover (1) and a main dynamometer body (2). The circuit portion (12) is rigidly connected to the upper dynamometer cover (1) and a lower dynamometer cover (3). The lower dynamometer cover (3) has one end rigidly connected to the main dynamometer body (2) and the other end connected to a cutting tool. The invention uses the battery (7) to supply power and transmits to a main machine, and in real time, force application conditions at a main shaft of a lathe during critical states of the main shaft such as starting or stopping and during normal-speed rotation and variable-speed rotation. The invention modifies signal output techniques of conventional dynamometers and the structure of a stator plus a rotor, has advantages of a compact structure, a small volume, high rigidity, high intrinsic frequency, high sensitivity, etc., and achieves dynamic testing of four components including an axial force, a tangential force, a radial force, and a torque. An upper cutter handle structure of the upper dynamometer cover (1) is replaceable, and can have other structural forms, thereby providing replaceability.
