Abstract:
[Problem] To easily identify an anomaly location if there is a wiring anomaly when service apparatuses which provide users with various communication services and are spaced apart from each other are wired and connected with a communication function unit interposed therebetween. [Solution] A wiring management system 10A is provided with a transmission network management apparatus 14A which identifies a wiring anomaly upon completion of wiring and connection of service apparatuses X, Y which provide user terminal devices 31, 32 with various communication services and are spaced apart from each other with communication function units A1 to B2 interposed therebetween. The transmission network management apparatus 14A associates end point names of the service apparatuses X, Y and the respective function units A1 to B2 with opposing end point names on the opposing side, defines and associates opposing end point IDs of the end points of the respective function units A1 to B2 as expected values, and retains the opposing end point IDs in a database (DB) 14b. Upon completion of wiring and connection between the service apparatuses X, Y, the transmission network management apparatus 14A receives, via the wires, the opposing end point IDs of the respective function units A1 to B2 and the service apparatuses X, Y opposing the predetermined function units A1, B2 as reception values, and, if the reception values do not agree with the expected values, determines a wiring anomaly.
