Abstract:
A wiring substrate, the wiring substrate comprising functional units (31) distributed in an array. Each functional unit (31) comprises: multiple first bonding pad groups (311) arranged along a first direction; a second bonding pad group (312) located at one side of the multiple first bonding pad groups (311) along a second direction, the second bonding pad group (312) comprising multiple channel bonding pads and at least two functional bonding pads, the number of bonding pads being even, and the bonding pads being distributed in an array in a 2*N manner. The multiple channel bonding pads are sequentially arranged in a first row along the same direction as, and respectively connected in one-to-one correspondence to, the same number of first bonding pad groups (311). One of the at least two functional bonding pads is located in the first row, and this functional bonding pad is only adjacent to one of the channel bonding pads. The remaining functional bonding pads of the at least two functional bonding pads are arranged in a second row at intervals along the same direction. The present wiring substrate can simplify a process flow, increase product yield, and reduce manufacturing costs. Also provided are a light-emitting substrate comprising the wiring substrate, and a display apparatus comprising the light-emitting substrate.
