Abstract:
A wonton forming claw, arranged on a driving rotary shaft, and comprising a first forming claw and a second forming claw. Each of the first forming claw and the second forming claw comprises a connecting arm (101) and a kneading plate (102), wherein the kneading plate is mounted on a lower portion of the connecting arm, the upper end of the connecting arm is fixedly connected to the driving rotary shaft (201), and a vertical projection of the kneading plate does not intersect with the axis of the driving rotary shaft. When in use, pulling of part of a stuffing wrapper due to the rotation of the forming claws can be reduced, so as to reduce the breakage rate of the stuffing wrapper; and then a stacking fit of the two forming claws can be formed, to reduce the difficulty of driving the stacking fit, and guarantee the sense of beauty of edge folds of the wonton stuffing wrapper and kneading portions, so as to achieve rapid, stable and high-quality production of food.
