Abstract:
A wooden board segmentation processing line, comprising a loading device, a feeding device, and a cutting device which are disposed in sequence. The loading device comprises a loading base plate (1), loading columns (2), a loading lifting and lowering plate (3), and a loading assembly, the loading columns (2) are disposed on corners of the loading base plate (1), the loading lifting and lowering plate (3) and the loading columns (2) are in slide fit, a loading lifting and lowering motor (31) is provided on the loading lifting and lowering plate (3), and the loading assembly is disposed on the loading lifting and lowering plate (3); the feeding device comprises a feeding base (4) and a lifting and lowering feeding table (5), guide support columns (41) and a feeding lifting and lowering cylinder (42) are provided on the feeding base (4), and a conveyor belt mechanism is provided on the lifting and lowering feeding table (5); the cutting device comprises a frame (6), and the frame (6) is provided with a segmentation mechanism (7) and a dust removal mechanism (8). The wooden board segmentation processing line implements the functions of automatic board loading, feeding, sawing, and dust removal; no manual intervention is required during processing, thereby reducing the labor intensity, shortening the processing time, and improving the production efficiency; processing is performed automatically by a machine, the accuracy is ensured, and the product quality is improved.
