Abstract:
A work bin carrying system and method, and a control device. The work bin carrying system comprises a warehouse robot (11), a delivery robot (12), a loading and unloading device (13) and a control device (14), wherein the control device (14) is in communication connection with the warehouse robot (11), the delivery robot (12) and the loading and unloading device (13), respectively; the control device (14) is used for controlling, according to received ex-warehouse order information, the warehouse robot (11) to acquire work bins corresponding to the ex-warehouse order information, and carrying the work bins to the loading and unloading device (13); the loading and unloading device (13) is used for unloading the work bins that are carried by the warehouse robot (11), and sequentially outputting the work bins according to a preset sequence; and the delivery robot (12) is used for carrying, to a target sorting station, the work bins that are output by the loading and unloading device (13). By means of the system, the flexibility of a work bin carrying system can be improved, and the adjustment and relocation difficulty and cost are reduced; and flexible circulation of work bins among a plurality of operation stations can be realized, such that the working efficiency of the system is higher.
