Abstract:
A work evaluation method and device are disclosed. The present embodiment provides a work evaluation method and device for paying incentives in tokens on the basis of results of a work performance evaluation among colleagues that take over and perform the same work, according to multilateral mutual cooperation (for example, a cyclical method in which the order of work is unclear) in work specialized for the IT industry.
