Abstract:
The present invention, with a simple configuration, improves the workability and durability of a work machine. This work machine includes: an ejection unit 7; a striking unit 30 for striking a fastener; and a magazine unit 20 for feeding the fastener to the ejection unit 7. The magazine unit 20 is provided with: a base member 20a that is formed in a plate shape extending in the front/back direction B1 and that can lock the fastener so that the same can move in the front/back direction B1; a feeder section 20b that can switch, when moved in the front/back direction B1, between a contact state of contacting the fastener engaged with the base member 20a and a non-contact state of not contacting the fastener; and a guide section for guiding the movement of the feeder section 20b in the front/back direction B1. The work machine has a detection unit 21 for detecting the position of the feeder section 20b in the front/back direction B1.
