Abstract:
A work state management device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with the following: an acquisition means that acquires clock-in times from a memory device that has stored the clock-in times for a driver of a vehicle for the first work day of an overnight-stay run; a first calculation means that calculates hours on duty and/or break periods for the first work day, using the clock-in times acquired from the acquisition means; a second calculation means that, for a second work day following the first work day, calculates hours on duty and/or break periods for the second work day using a run start time on the second day as the clock-in time for the second day; and a first reporting means that reports the hours on duty or break periods calculated by the first calculation means and the second calculation means, or time information relating to at least one of the hours on duty or break periods.
