Abstract:
This wheel loader is equipped with: an accelerator pedal (31) for setting a desired target speed; a vehicle speed sensor (47) which detects the travel speed of the vehicle body; a work machine (1a) which is driven by the power output of an engine (2); service brakes (40) which brake wheels (7); a modulating clutch (41) for switching between transmission and interruption of power between the engine (2) and the wheels (7); and a controller (30) which controls the engagement pressure of the modulating clutch (41) and the engagement pressure of the service brakes (40) and reduces the difference between the travel speed and the target speed.
