Description:
DESCRIPTION

of the finding entitled: "Workbench for pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the like" on behalf of Rotopizza.Club di Poletto Gianluigi.

The present invention relates to a workbench for pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the like, according to the general part of claim 1 .

The well known filling operation is carried out in food preparation. The filling operation is usually carried out using workbenches consisting of a fixed rectil inear worktop, on which the base product is spread out, which for example in pizzerias consists of a dough, as well as a shelf, also rectilinear and always fixed, on which bowls containing the various bulk fillings are placed, which are taken as required by the operators according to the their needs.

Alternatively, in the patent document no. UB2015U101482 a workbench for pizzerias trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the l ike is described (ref.7), where the base of the product to be filled is put (ref. B), it revolves around a vertical ax is and sl ides in front of two or more operators (ref. P) who stand still, positioned around the outer edge of the above-said revolving flat surface and lay down the fillings taking them from bowls (ref. C) arranged on shelves positioned within reach.

In practice, the use of the rotating workbench, besides several advantages, the first of which is that not to tire the operators who find all the fil ling products easily on hand, has also shown some drawbacks which have limited their spread.

A first drawback is that the circular workbench, in order to ensure that two or more operators may work simultaneously, has to have a sufficiently large diameter and be substantially positioned at the center of the space, entail ing a problem of obstruction, which conversely is not present in the worktables placed close to the walls. In particular the obstruction problem becomes a significant negative factor when the workbench is not being used, whereby an equipment is still present which prevents free circulation in the space (for example public places such as trattorias and restaurants are mentioned in which the pizzeria service is provided only during particular days or moments of the day, while the general activity of the kitchen, for cooking food different from the pizzas, is always active during the whole day).

Moreover, the considerable spread of the so-called "takeaway pizzerias" has entailed the need to quickly open spaces in locations where the demand for such products is greater, but also to close such places in locations where the demand for "takeaway pizzas" is decreasing or is not very profitable.

In both situations, it is always necessary to transfer the equipment that, due to its size, whether they are wall-mounted workbenches or rotating workbenches, is handled with difficulty.

The purpose of the present invention is that of making a workbench with the worktop revolving around a vertical axis and w ith the operators who can position themselves around its outer edge, which does not have the drawbacks l isted abov e.

Specifically, the purpose of the invention is that of making a workbench with a worktop revolving around a v ertical axis that, when it is not being used, takes up a minimal amount of space.

Always specifical ly, the purpose of the invention is that of making a workbench with a worktop rev olv ing around a v ertical ax is, which can be easily transported from one place to another without problems, to be rapidly and simply assemb I ed/d i sassemb I ed . These purposes arc achiev ed by making a workbench for pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the like in w hich the worktop revolves around a vertical axis and sl ides in front of two or more operators, which is characterized in that the worktop is capable of revolving around a horizontal axis, so that, when it is not operating, it can be tilted, positioning itself from a horizontal position to a substantially vertical position.

These purposes are achieved by making a workbench for pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the l ike in which the worktop revolves around a vertical axis and slides in front of two or more operators, which is characterized in that it can be disassembled completely, with the subdivision into the various groups which can be easily and rapidly reassembled.

These purposes will become clearer through the description of one possible embodiment thereof, made only by way of a non-l imiting example, w ith the help of the attached figures, where:

Figs. 1 , 2, 3 (tab. I ) represent elevation view s of the inventive workbench with the worktop positioned in a horizontal, tilted and vertical position, respectiv ely;

- Figs. 4, 5, 6 represent plan view s of the workbench of Figs. 1 , 2, 3;

Fig. 7 (Tab. I I ) represents an exploded view of the workbench of Fig. 1 , completely disassembled.

As can be seen in the figures, the inventive workbench, overall indicated with reference 100, comprises a worktop, a supporting frame 20 and a shelf carrying arm 30.

The worktop 10 is capable of rotating up to 360° around the vertical axis "K" and to rotate up to 90° around the horizontal axis "X" through an electromechanical assembly 40, arranged below the worktop 10.

With this constructive solution, as is inferred from observing Figs. 1-6, which result in the possibil ity of rotating the worktop 1 0 from a horizontal to a vertical position. the size of the entire workbench 100, decreases from the position of maximum overall dimension, when it is operating, substantially due to the measure of the diameter "D" of the worktop 10, to the position of minimal overall dimension, when it is not operating, substantially due to the maximum width "L" of the supporting frame 20. As is shown in Fig. 7, the worktop 10 is dismountable into a base 11, fitted at the bottom with a flange (12), onto which the crankcase (13) is fastened, from which two lateral pivots 14 protrude to allow its tilting via rotation.

The supporting frame 20 is dismountable into two uprights 21, where the brackets 22 are fixed, and which are supported by the crosspieces 23, held by the stakes 24 and equipped with wheels 25, and it is completed with a lower bearing plane 26 and with the higher closure plugs 27.

The shelf-carrying arm 30 is dismountable into an arm 3 1 , onto which perforated shelves 32 are inserted, where the bowls (not shown) containing the fillings are placed.

The electromechanical assembly 40, which has to be inserted into the crankcase 13, consists of a single unit containing an engine 41 and a reduction unit 42.

The thus conceived invention is subject to modifications and variations and its construction specifications can be substituted by technically equivalent elements, as long as everything falls into the inventive concept defined by the following claims.
