Abstract:
A workflow recommendation method and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a current requesting entity; on the basis of a pre-established deterministic mapping relationship between each requesting entity and each workflow entity, searching the deterministic mapping relationships by using the current requesting entity as a keyword, so as to obtain at least one candidate workflow entity which establishes a deterministic mapping relationship with the current requesting entity; in the deterministic mapping relationship, the requesting entity and the corresponding workflow entity establish a connection by means of a mapping relationship between "using" and "used"; and recommending the candidate workflow entity. The method can realize accurate workflow recommendation.
