Abstract:
A working assembly (100) and an electronic device (200). The working assembly (100) comprises: a circuit board (110) and a heat sink (120); the heat sink (120) comprises a heat dissipation body (121) and a plurality of heat dissipation fins (122); the heat dissipation body (121) comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which are oppositely arranged, the circuit board (110) is arranged on the first side surface, and the plurality of heat dissipation fins (122) are arranged on the second side surface; the plurality of heat dissipation fins (122) are arranged at intervals in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction. In the first direction, the edge of the heat dissipation body (121) close to an air outlet exceeds the edge of the circuit board (110) close to the air outlet, and/or in the first direction, the edge of each heat dissipation fin (122) close to the air outlet exceeds the edge of the circuit board (110) close to the air outlet. The working assembly (100) and the electronic device (200) can reduce the maximum temperature difference between a heating component (111) close to the air outlet and a heating component (111) close to an air inlet, thereby improving the temperature uniformity of the heating component.
