Abstract:
A working tool, comprising an acting part (1) for cutting formed by two holding/pressing members (A) and (B) having intermediate parts pivotally connected to each other with the intermediate parts overlapped with and crossed each other on the tip side of a pivotally connected portion (2) at the intermediate parts of two holding/pressing members (A) and (B) and a handle grip part (3) formed by two holding/pressing members (A) and (B) on the base end side of the pivotally connected portion (2) and openably operated for opening/closing the acting part (1). Magnets (4a) and (4b) having same poles opposed to each other and repelling each other are installed near the handle grip part (3) side of the pivotally connected portion (2) at a position where two holding/pressing members (A) and (B) are opposed to each other. When a worker opens the tool after strongly grasping the handle grip part in performing a specified operation with the acting part by opening/closing the tool with the handle grip part, the two holding/pressing members are energized in the releasing direction at the handle grip part by the repulsion of the magnets and the opening/closing operations can be smoothly performed without using a spring.
