Abstract:
Conventional workout benches have the following problem: the backrest seat unnecessarily inclines contrary to the intent of a user, and the user may be injured. The workout bench 10 of the present invention mainly comprises a leg frame 11, a back frame 12, a movable frame 13, a seating face part 14, a back seat 15, an angle adjustment mechanism 16, an operation part 17, and a regulation part 18. By virtue of performing control with the angle adjustment mechanism 16 such that the state of the back frame 12 is shifted, as appropriate, between a fixed state and an angle adjustment state, the back seat 15 is prevented from excessively inclining contrary to the intent of a user during a workout, thereby achieving a workout bench 10 excellent in safety.
