Abstract:
A workpiece holding jig that has: a conductive frame-like member 630; a plurality of conductive first chuck members 610 that are supported on an upper frame member 631 and grip an upper side of a rectangular workpiece 20; a plurality of conductive second chuck members 620 that are supported on a lower frame member 632 and grip a lower side of the rectangular workpiece; a shared power supply part 650; a first conduction part 660 that conducts electricity from the shared power supply part to the upper frame member; and a second conduction part 670 that conducts electricity from the shared power supply part to a pair of vertical frame members 633, 634. The first conduction member is electrically connected and fixed to both end parts of the upper frame member and includes: a pair of first conduction members 661, 662 that, via an insulation member 635, respectively guide the pair of vertical frame members such that the pair of vertical frame members are capable of vertical movement; and a pair of second conduction members 663, 664 that electrically connect the shared power supply part and the pair of first conduction members.
