Abstract:
A workpiece support device (1) comprising: a base (2); a conductive work table (3) that is supported so as to be capable of rotation relative to the base (2); a motor (4); a reducer (5) that reduces the speed of the rotation of the motor (4) and transmits the rotation to the work table (3); and a metal adapter that is interposed between the work table (3) and the reducer (5) and that separates the work table (3) and the reducer (5), wherein the work table (3) and the adapter are electrically insulated by an insulating coating formed by a surface treatment on the surface of the work table (3) or the adapter.
