Abstract:
A transfer feeder (5) is provided with a pair of bars (51), a feed drive mechanism (55), boxes (52a, 52b), a lift drive mechanism (53), and a lift unit (56). The pair of bars (51) are disposed parallel to each other in the workpiece transfer direction (X), and have fingers (7) for holding workpieces, said fingers being removably attached to the bars. The feed drive mechanism (55) moves the attached fingers (7) in the workpiece transfer direction (X). Boxes (52a, 52b) are disposed on both the sides of a moving bolster (3), said sides being in the workpiece transfer direction (X). The lift drive mechanism (53) is provided to the boxes (52a, 52b), and moves the pair of bars (51) in the vertical direction. The lift unit (56) moves the boxes (52a, 52b) in the vertical direction.
