Abstract:
A wound dressing (10) and a negative pressure wound treatment device. The wound dressing (10) comprises a backing layer (1), a water-blocking breathable film (2), an absorption bag, an absorbent layer (5), at least one pressure distribution layer (4), a wound contact layer (7), and a release liner layer (8). The periphery of the backing layer (1) is joined to the periphery of the wound contact layer (7) to form an accommodating space. The water-blocking breathable film (4) and the absorbent layer (5) are located in the accommodating space. The water-blocking breathable film (2) is attached to the lower surface of the backing layer (1). The backing layer (1) is provided with an opening (1a), and the opening (1a) is adapted to be in fluid communication with a negative pressure source. The absorption bag is provided on one side of the backing layer (1), and comprises a first structural layer (3) and a second structural layer (3'). The periphery of the second structural layer (3') and the periphery of the first structural layer (3) are joined to form a receiving space, and the first structural layer (3) is closer to the backing layer (1) than the second structural layer (3'). The absorbent layer (5) is disposed in the receiving space. The at least one pressure distribution layer (4) and the absorption bag are arranged on the same side of the backing layer (1), and the pressure distribution layer (4) is located on the side of the absorbent layer (5) close to the backing layer (1) and/or the side of the absorbent layer (5) away from the backing layer (1). The softness of the first structural layer (3) is greater than the softness of the pressure distribution layer (4), and the softness of the second structural layer (3') is greater than the softness of the pressure distribution layer (4). The wound dressing (10) can prevent, to a certain extent, the absorbent layer (5) from being partially blocked.
