Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wrist exercise device and a rehabilitation exercise device for upper and lower extremities using same. The wrist exercise device according to the present invention may comprise: a main body on which a hand is seated; a rotation unit having a pair of rotation brackets, each having one side rotatably coupled to a rear side of the main body, and a connection bracket which interconnects the other sides of the pair of rotation brackets and on which the end of a hand is seated when the hand is seated on the main body; a pair of hinge parts that are symmetrically provided on both sides of the main body; a driving module that is detachably mounted on either of the pair of hinge parts to provide rotational force; and a rotation transmission unit that converts the rotation of the driving module in one direction into a reciprocating rotation within a preset angle range of the rotation unit. Due to this feature, as the wrist exercise device is inexpensive and does not occupy a lot of space, it is possible to easily use the wrist exercise device at home.
