Abstract:
Disclosed are a wrist guard (100) of a chest expander (1), and a chest expander (1). The wrist guard (100) of a chest expander (1) comprises: a band (10), the band (10) being suitable for being wound around a wrist of a user; and a connecting belt (20), the connecting belt (20) being fixedly connected to the band (10), the connecting belt (20) being used to mount and connect one end of an elastic rope (200) of the chest expander (1), and the other end of the elastic rope (200) being suitable for being connected to a power end or a fixed end. The connecting belt (20) is fixedly connected to the band (10) by means of a mounting portion (30), and the mounting portion (30) passes through at least one of the band (10) and the connecting belt (20).
