Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of nanomaterial preparation, and specifically relates to a WS2 nanosheet modified TiN nanotube array composite material and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, WS2 powder is subjected to lithium intercalation treatment to obtain a metal type WS2 nanosheet, and a DMF solution of the metal type WS2 nanosheet is then prepared; the metal type WS2 nanosheet is subjected to high-temperature heat treatment to obtain a semiconductor type WS2 nanosheet, and a DMF solution of the semiconductor type WS2 nanosheet is then prepared; and the TiN nanotube array material is placed in the DMF solution of the metal type WS2 nanosheet or the semiconductor type WS2 nanosheet and is subjected to ultrasonic treatment, soaking, and drying sequentially to obtain a metal type WS2 nanosheet or semiconductor type WS2 nanosheet modified TiN nanotube array composite material. The WS2 nanosheet modified TiN nanotube array composite material of the present invention is expected to be widely applied to the field of electrocatalysis.
