Abstract:
The present invention relates to an X-ray diode detection system. The X-ray diode detection system comprises: a vacuum drift tube, an electron beam time amplifier, a time collimator, a microchannel plate, an anode detector, a high-voltage pulse generator, and a solenoid long magnetic lens; the electron beam time amplifier comprises a microstrip cathode, a first grid and an electron drift region, and the anode detector comprises a second grid, a microstrip anode and a detection circuit; the microstrip cathode, the first grid, the microchannel plate, the second grid and the microstrip anode are successively arranged in the vacuum drift tube, and the electron drift region is formed between the first grid and the time collimator; a first output end of the high-voltage pulse generator is connected to the microstrip cathode; the first grid is grounded; the solenoid long magnetic lens is located on the outer side of the vacuum drift tube corresponding to the electron drift region; a second output end of the high-voltage pulse generator is connected to an input electrode of the time collimator, and an output electrode of the time collimator is an input surface of the microchannel plate. By implementing the present invention, system time resolution can be effectively improved.
