Abstract:
An X-ray generation device is provided with: an X-ray tube including an electron gun which generates an electron beam and a target which generates an X-ray due to the entry of the electron beam; a power supply unit including a booster unit for boosting a voltage introduced from the outside and generating a high-voltage, and an insulating block for sealing the booster unit using an insulating material; and a control unit for performing control relating to the generation of the X-ray. The control unit includes a first information processing element which, under high-voltage potential based on the high-voltage, performs at least part of the control using a digital signal. The first information processing element is sealed with the insulating material in the insulating block.
