Abstract:
An X-ray phase quantitative imaging technology and measurement method and apparatus, and a computer device and a storage medium thereof. The method comprises: realizing, by means of an X-ray phase microscopic system of a grating interferometer, the complete separation of in-phase and out-of-phase images of a sample to be tested (110); and according to the degree of separation of the in-phase and out-of-phase images, providing a detector assembly and adjustment method having a plurality of spatial degrees of freedom; and detecting the separated in-phase and out-of-phase images by means of a detector assembly and adjustment scheme (120). The overlapping of in-phase and out-of-phase images is avoided from an imaging mechanism and signal detection, such that the phase images of a sample can be directly extracted without a subsequent complex separation operation of the in-phase and out-of-phase images, thereby simplifying a data processing process and improving the efficiency of collecting phase information of the sample.
