Abstract:
A yarn cage mounting assembly and a high-efficiency water-conserving cone yarn dyeing apparatus. The yarn cage mounting assembly comprises a holding board, a dyeing column, and a liquid return sleeve. The holding board is used to hold a yarn cage to be dyed and is provided with a liquid supply channel used to supply a dyeing solution. The dyeing column is disposed on the holding board and is used for disposing yarn reels in series thereon. A dyeing channel communicating with the liquid supply channel is formed in the dyeing column, and a spray nozzle communicating with the dyeing channel is provided on the sidewall of the dyeing column, the spray nozzle being used to spray the dyeing solution onto the yarn reels. The liquid return sleeve is sleeved on the dyeing column and is used to cover the yarn reels to recover the dyeing solution sprayed through the spray nozzle. The technical solution decreases the dyeing liquor ratio, reduces consumption of resources such as water, dyes, dye auxiliaries, and steam in the dyeing process, and shortens the circulation period of a dyeing solution and the dyeing cycle, facilitating energy saving.
