Abstract:

Disclosed are a yarn snagging-proof weaving method and device for a warp knitting machine. The method comprises the following steps: (a) guide bars of a guide bar mechanism swing from the foremost position of the machine to the rear of the machine, a groove pin ascends at the same time, and at least one loop-forming guide bar and at least two weft insertion guide bars conduct under-lapping; (b) after the under-lapping is completed by the at least one loop-forming guide bar and the at least two weft insertion guide bars, the at least one loop-forming guide bar conducts pin-front traversing, the guide bars continue to swing until reaching the rearmost position of the machine, and then swing towards the front of the machine, and the at least one loop-forming guide bar conducts overlapping; (c) the guide bars stop swinging or approximately stop swinging, and the groove pin starts to descend; (d) the guide bars continue to swing towards the front of the machine when the groove pin descends to the closing position of a pin core; (e) when the groove pin descends to a slough-off position, the guide bars swing to the foremost position of the machine and conduct pin-back traversing, so as to enter a next cycle. According to the present invention, yarns of the weft insertion guide bars can be effectively prevented from being fed into a groove pin hook, and fabrics the fabric density of which is double the machine number can be woven.
