Abstract:
The present invention relates to a yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane foaming material and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the field of polymer foaming materials. The yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane foaming material comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer prepared by reacting an aliphatic diisocyanate, a chain extender, a polyol, an antioxidant, a UV absorber and a UV light stabilizer. The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer has a softening point of 90-160°C, a shore hardness of 40-98 A, and a melt index of 5-250 g/10 min. The prepared yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane foaming material has excellent yellowing resistance, a controllable foaming density and a uniform cell size.
