Abstract:
A Z-type heterojunction photoanode production method, comprising: growing, on a surface of an FTO glass substrate, a core-shell structured TiO2 nanopillar array with a Rutile phase as the core and a Brookite phase as the shell to obtain a TiO2 photoanode, next, depositing an ultra-thin MoOxNy layer on the TiO2 photoanode, and synthesizing a MoOxNy/TiO2 photoanode, so as to form a unique N atom-based Z-type heterojunction structure. The method accelerates the charge separation process, increases the photoresponse current, and has the advantages of simple operation, cleanliness, high efficiency, allowing for large-scale production, etc. In addition, also provided is a Z-type heterojunction photoanode.
