Title:
ZINC-COATED STEEL SHEET
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/241338
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a zinc-coated steel sheet having excellent delayed fracture resistance properties at low cost by coating a surface of a zinc-coated steel sheet with a coating film that is effective for the prevention of delayed fracture without the need to alter the composition of a base steel sheet. An organic resin containing a rust-inhibiting additive capable of reducing a galvanic current flowing between a zinc coat and a base steel sheet is applied onto a zinc-coated steel sheet, thereby greatly inhibiting the invasion of hydrogen into the inside of the steel sheet to prevent delayed fracture of the steel sheet.
