Abstract:
Provided is a zinc plated steel sheet that has excellent weld crack resistance in a welded area even when a high proportion of crystal orientations are unified between an Fe electroplating layer and a cold-rolled steel sheet at an interface between the Fe electroplating layer and the cold-rolled steel sheet. This zinc plated steel sheet comprises: a Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet containing 0.1-3.0 mass% of Si; an Fe electroplating layer formed on at least one surface of the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet at an adhesion amount of more than 20.0 g/m2 per surface; and a zinc plating layer formed on the Fe electroplating layer. The proportion of crystal orientations that are the same between the Fe electroplating layer and the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet at an interface between the Fe electroplating layer and the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet is more than 50%.
