Abstract:
The present invention provides a pre-sintered body for obtaining a zirconia sintered body exhibiting both high strength and high translucency, and also provides a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention pertains to a zirconia pre-sintered body that contains secondary aggregates having an average particle size of at most 275 nm, wherein the secondary aggregates contain zirconia and a stabilizer capable of inhibiting the phase transition of zirconia, and are formed from large particles having an average primary particle size from 100-200 nm, inclusive, and small particles having an average primary particle size of at least 10 nm and less than 60 nm.
