Abstract:
It is an object to provide a zoom lens with a small size and an excellent optical performance,
configured to satisfactorily correct a color aberration in a far distance photographing
region. In the following order from the object side, the zoom lens is provided
with a plurality of lens groups including a first lens group (G1) with a positive
refractive index, a second lens group (G2) with a negative refractive index,
a third lens group (G3), and a fourth lens group (G4). When a variable magnification
from a wide angle end state to a telescopic end state is carried out, a gap between
the first lens group and the second lens group increases, a gap between the second
lens group and the third lens group decreases, the lens group closest to the image
side in the plurality of the lens groups moves along the optical axis with a convex
locus, so that the zoom lens satisfies a predetermined condition.
