Abstract:

This zoom lens system is sequentially provided with, from the object side to the image side, a first lens group (G1) having negative power, and a second lens group (G2) having positive power. The first lens group (G1) has at least two negative lenses. When zooming operations are performed, one of the first lens group (G1) and the second lens group (G2) is fixed with respect to an image surface (S), and the other lens group changes a field angle along with movement along the optical axis.
