Abstract:
Provided are a ZSM-23 molecular sieve, a preparation method therefor, and an alkali-treated amorphous silicon dioxide serving as a silicon source in the preparation method for the ZSM-23 molecular sieve. The pore volume of the mesoporous having a pore size of 3-8 nm in the molecular sieve accounts for 45-90% of the total pore volume of the molecular sieve. The relative crystallinity is 95-120%, and the retention of the relative crystallinity after hydrothermal treatment for 2 hours with 600°C water steam is 95-100%. The preparation method for the molecular sieve comprises the following steps: (1) preparing or selecting the silicon source, for example, amorphous silicon dioxide, for preparing the ZSM-23 molecular sieve; (2) alkali-treating the silicon source amorphous silicon dioxide used for preparing the ZSM-23 molecular sieve in step (1); and (3) preparing the ZSM-23 molecular sieve by using the amorphous silicon dioxide after the alkali treatment as the silicon source. The ZSM-23 molecular sieve has abundant mesoporous structures and good hydrothermal stability.
