Compounds of general formula (I); salts of the compounds; and hydrates of them, wherein R1 is an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, CO2R6 (wherein R6 is alkyl) or CONR7R8 (wherein R7 and R8 are each independently hydrogen or alkyl); R2 is alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or the like; R5 is hydrogen or the like; A is (1) -CH2ON=C(R9)- (wherein R9 is hydrogen or the like), (2) -CH2N(R10)-N=C(R9)- (wherein R10 is hydrogen or the like), (3) -CH=NOC(R11)(R12)- (wherein R11 and R12 are each independently hydrogen or the like) or (4) -CH=NN=C(R9)- (wherein R9 is as defined above); B is oxygen or NR13 (wherein R13 is hydrogen or the like); and the wavy line means the configuration of either of E- and Z-isomers or a mixture of both.
