Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] The invention aims at providing drugs containing as the active ingredient benzoguanamine derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof which exhibit specific inhibitory activities against cAMP phosphodiesterase. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase inhibitor, containing as the active ingredient benzoguanamine derivatives represented by the general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; and preventive or therapeutic drugs for bronchial asthmas including atopic asthma and so on, containing as the active ingredient benzoguanamine derivatives represented by the general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: (I) wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or halogeno.
