Title:
vHIT GOGGLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/175957
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide goggles that allow objective evaluation by vHIT (video Head Impulse Test), that have a simple and inexpensive configuration, and that eliminate the need for high resolution cameras or gyrosensors. [Solution] vHIT goggles 1 to be worn by a test subject for evaluation by vHIT comprise a goggles body 11, a light guide section 12, and a mount 13 for attaching a camera 3 to the vHIT goggles 1. The mount 13 is configured such that the camera 3 can be attached thereto in a manner such that the relative position between the head of the test subject and the camera 3 does not change during evaluation by vHIT. The light guide unit 12 is configured to guide, to a lens provided in the camera 3 attached to the mount 13, light that arrives from the eyes of the test subject being examined, and light arriving from a to-be-imaged region which is different from the test subject.
