Abstract:
The invention is directed to methods of promoting neurogenesis by contacting neuronal tissue with intracellular cAMP elevating agents and intracellular Ca<2+> elevating agents. Novel agents for promoting neurogenesis are disclosed. These agents include novel agents for increasing intracellular cAMP.
