Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of deformation in a terminal within a connector for a wire harness terminal through which a grommet is passed.SOLUTION: A grommet is externally attached to a wire harness across a space between a vehicle body and a door and used by attaching large-diameter cylindrical parts at both ends of a connection cylindrical part to through-holes formed in the vehicle and door. In the grommet, a resin inner with a locking pawl projecting therefrom is fitted into the large-diameter cylindrical part at one end. A lateral connector connected to the terminal of the wire harness is fixed to the interior of the resin inner. An electric wire fixing piece by which the wire harness led out from the lateral connector is tape-wound and fixed tape is bent in an L shape to be projected from the inner end of the resin inner to the connection cylindrical part.
