Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently performing the dispersion of an individual to a rotary kiln in which solid-liquid reaction is regarded as importance.SOLUTION: Provided is a method where a pipe lifter 3 is installed in such a manner that a part of its outer face is contacted with or buried into the inner wall refractory 2 of a rotary kiln 1 and the other a part is projected into the rotary kiln 1, in the case the installation angle of the pipe lifter 3 is adjusted to the repose angle of a processed product 8 or higher, the rotary front cut face of the pipe lifter 3 is released, the rotary rear cut face thereof is closed, in the case a back feed effect of the processed product 8 is given, the pipe lifter 3 is tilted in the reverse spiral, in the case resistance and propulsion are not produced in the processed product 8, the pipe lifter 3 is not tilted in the circumferential direction, when the installation central angle of the pipe lifter 3 is adjusted approximately to the central angle of the processed product 8 or lower or the installation angle is adjusted to the repose angle of the processed product 8 or lower, a plurality of intrusion ports of the processed product 8 scraped by the outer face of the pipe lifter 3 projected into the rotary kiln 1 are provided at the outer face of the pipe lifter 3 in combination with exhaust ports when it is pumped to the upper part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
