Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deviation of current in parallel connection according to a manufacturing method of a power conversion device used just as one semiconductor element by connecting two semiconductor elements in parallel.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method disclosed in the present specification comprises a sorting step, an extraction step, and a connection step. In the sorting step, a plurality of semiconductor elements are sorted into a first group in which voltage characteristics of the semiconductor elements fall within a predetermined range including a design value, a second group in which the voltage characteristics are high, and a third group in which the voltage characteristics are low. In the extraction step, at least one semiconductor element is extracted from the first group, and the remainder is extracted from the second group and the third group to collect a predetermined even number of semiconductor elements in total. In the connection step, semiconductor elements in the second group are connected in parallel with other semiconductor elements in the second group or semiconductor elements in the first group, and semiconductor elements in the third group are connected in parallel with other semiconductor elements in the third group or the semiconductor elements in the first group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
