Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit in which deviation of a rolling element from a cam surface can be suppressed and which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The pulley unit comprises a hub rotated about a rotating shaft, a pulley being a cylindrical member supported by the hub through a bearing and having, on the inner circumferential surface thereof, a plurality of first teeth along the rotating shaft, a first cam plate rotated integrally with the hub, a second cam plate having second teeth engaged with the first teeth, a rolling element coming in contact with the first cam plate and the second cam plate, and an elastic member deformed according to movement of the second cam plate in a direction along the rotating shaft. The pulley includes, in the inner circumferential surface thereof, a first stopper being a projection disposed in a position different from the first teeth in the direction along the rotating shaft. The first cam plate includes, in the outer circumferential surface thereof, a second stopper being a projection coming in contact with the first stopper when a relative angle between the hub and the pulley becomes a prescribed angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
